Propane Rates for pool depend on time of year and propane rates.  “Events” require the all bedroom rental fee plus a $2000 event fee for events > 28 (max 60) at Sandpiper/Pelican, greater than 18 (max 40) at Ocean’s Gem.  Dogs must be pre approved and incur a non refundable $600 fee which doesn’t quite cover cleaning the carpets/rugs.  Rentals are Saturday to Saturday  from mid May to late September with occasional exceptions.
